Alberto has more than 10 years of experience advising Mexican and international companies in relation to their international trade operations, particularly in the establishment of successful structures, as well as in obtaining authorizations and foreign trade promotion programs that boost their profitability.

His practice is focused on optimizing the operations of his clients in compliance with Mexican legislation and the International Treaties to which Mexico is a party, providing comprehensive advice on customs law and tax law aimed at preventing future contingencies, maximizing profitability, and mitigating conflicts derived from resolutions and unfavorable sentences.

He has extensive experience as a litigator with successful results in jurisdictional administrative procedures, Contentious Administrative Trials, and Amparo Trials, having achieved the establishment of important precedents before the Nation’s Supreme Court of Justice.

In his tenure, he has collaborated with the Association of Customs Agents of the Mexico City Airport (AAADAM), the Congress, as well as different international firms, currently, he serves as sub-coordinator of the Foreign Trade Commission of the Mexican Bar Association S.C.
